Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vivirse student portal and related public forms. By using the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you use the portal on behalf of a minor or another applicant, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The portal helps students and applicants follow their international project, view visible process milestones, complete required actions, review payment status, upload documents, and communicate with Vivirse. Some services are provided by third-party schools, insurers, accommodation providers, payment providers, government agencies, or other partners.

Access is provided through passwordless login methods such as email links or supported social login providers. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for notifying Vivirse if you believe your access link, email account, or portal session has been compromised. The portal does not provide open public signup.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents. Delays, incomplete information, inaccurate documents, expired documents, or missing approvals may affect your project, payments, admission, insurance, visa, travel, or arrival timeline.

Payment amounts, due dates, methods, refunds, cancellations, and provider fees are governed by the specific offer, invoice, contract, school policy, payment provider terms, and any destination-specific rules that apply to your project. The portal may display payment status and payment actions, but it does not replace the terms of the underlying service or provider agreement.

You are responsible for uploading documents that are accurate, readable, complete, and legally valid. Vivirse may request corrections or additional documents. Uploading a document does not guarantee approval by a school, insurer, government authority, payment provider, or any other third party.

Vivirse supports and coordinates operational steps for international projects, but final decisions may depend on schools, insurers, payment providers, landlords, government authorities, and other third parties. The portal does not guarantee admission, visa approval, insurance issuance, accommodation availability, travel entry, or any other third-party decision.

You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, submit false information, scrape the platform, or use the portal in a way that could harm Vivirse, other users, providers, or public authorities.

The portal may link to or interact with third-party services, including payment, authentication, education, accommodation, insurance, calendar, email, and messaging providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Vivirse is not responsible for third-party systems that it does not control.

We may update, suspend, or change the portal to maintain security, improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or support operational needs. We aim to keep the portal reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

The portal, its design, software, text, workflows, and Vivirse branding are owned by or licensed to Vivirse. You may use the portal only for your own project or for a person you are authorized to support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivirse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party decisions, provider outages, inaccurate information submitted by users, or events outside Vivirse's reasonable control.

Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the portal, you acknowledge that Vivirse will process information as described there and as needed to provide the requested services.
